Meet Bridget

Bridget is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with children and adolescents in schools, non-profits, and outpatient settings. Bridget received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice in 2016.

Bridget’s therapeutic approach is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming. She has extensive experience working with autistic and other neurodivergent children and adolescents, helping them navigate a world that can be confusing and complex. Bridget incorporates play therapy and other modalities to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and divergent ways of communicating and socializing.

Bridget views therapy as an opportunity to identify each client's existing strengths and develop ways to utilize these strengths to confront life's transitions and challenges. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where all ways of thinking and being are celebrated.
